Our roof restorations process for your home in the Adelaide Hills
Our professional team follows a four step roof restoration process to get your roof looking new again. The steps are as follows:
1. Roof check
The metal roof is inspected for any signs of leaks any any loose flashings and sheets are secured into place. Where needed, we replace old nails and tek screws with new ones. We also replace roof sheets that aren’t in good condition.
2. Pressure Cleaning
We use an industrial grade roof pressure cleaner to remove dirt, loose rust and scale. This process ensures the roof surface is completely clean, allowing roof membranes to adhere to the roof sheets
3. Rust Treatment
To ensure the metal roof is water tight we apply a treatment to areas that have rust. The rust treatment also produces a good surface for the membranes and primers to adhere to.
4. Roofing Membrane Application
We apply a primer coating to the metal roof, followed by 2 more coats of the metal membrane. In order to meet your needs the membrane is available in a range of different colours.
